At Ink Thugs, we stand behind the quality of our work and guarantee our plastisol screen prints against peeling or complete washout for up to 30 washes when proper care instructions are followed.

What’s Covered

If your print peels or washes out within 30 washes due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace or reprint the affected item at no cost to you.

Proper Care Instructions

To maximize the life of your print, follow these care guidelines:
✔ Wash inside out in cold water
✔ Use mild detergent (no bleach or fabric softeners)
✔ Tumble dry low or hang dry
✔ Do not iron directly on the print
✔ Avoid excessive scrubbing or dry cleaning

What’s Not Covered

✖ Cracking, fading, or distressing from normal wear
✖ Damage due to improper washing or drying
✖ Heat damage (e.g., ironing on the print)
✖ Stains, rips, or alterations to the garment

How to Claim

If your print peels or washes out before 30 washes, contact us at info@inkthugs.com with:

• A photo of the issue

• Proof of purchase

• A brief description of how the item was cared for
